Had a horrible experience with an interview here, I’m over qualified for the position that was offered with the qualifications and experience I have to get a resume thrown in my face when the new owner asked me how much I’m worth I diddnt even give him an actual answer or a ridiculous number for him to freak out like that, All I said was more than I’m making at my current job, He took the wrong approach instead of saying sorry I can’t afford to pay you anything more that your currently making and a nice thanks for coming in. He threw my resume at me and that was it! That’s poor management skills at its finest.
