Will not return …… Restaurant was drafty and cold, tables too close – larger customers will push up against the back of your chair, booths are better, but again, over-weight customers will shake your seat when they sit on the other side of this tee-pee-like log seat. Chicken fingers were over-breaded, tasteless and dry, salad had no dressing – had to inform the cold emotionless waitress about that! I regret going there, paying so much…should not have left a tip. Will not return!

Choc chip skillet cookie great for sharing. Three of us went to Montana’s for dinner. We started with the Kapow Shrimp. that is what they were. KaPow! They were so tasty my husband and daughter were fighting for the last one on the plate. We then opted for the half price wings- I asked for saucy honey garlic and my husband had the mild. They came exactly as ordered. Mine had plenty of sauce which is the way i love them. A double order was $8.99 each. My daughter had the steak with peppercorn sauce. She raved that it was awesome. We opted to save half wings and order the skillet cookie for dessert instead. The three of us only ended up eating half of that because there was so much of it. It was the perfect way to finish a very nice meal. I do want to note that the area is quite large and the acoustics aren’t the best. I think the place need to get some noise reduction articles there to decrease the noise when a lot of diners are eating. Went again yesterday and tried the pulled pork flat bread- won’t eat them again. Sparse on toppings although they look so good when they arrive. I felt that they were dry because lack of more sauce / toppings. Tomato basil soup- I didn’t expect heat from it but that is what I had to do. We had the ka pow shrimp- they didn’t disappoint and the cookie skillet- great for sharing but when they came out this time there were 2 smaller cookies. They were not heated through so I know now they don’t bake them fresh when they arrive at table… what a let down. The owner had do rated it so nicely for Christmas. The place is so cosy looking.
