Bad Food, Great Service. I have eaten at this East Sides several times since the closure of The Elgin, The only thing that stayed the same quality was the service. the food comes out in a timely manner, the waitresses and waiters are very polite and accommodating, but the food… the food is in one word BAD! from watered down bolognese to an alfredo sauce you can lay bricks, with i have yet to have a good meal here.
Lovely venue. Beautiful waterfront location, spacious interior and a great patio (however they are lacking a bit on shady area if you’re there on a very sunny day). Food is standard for the East Side Mario’s chain. Service was pleasant, however they forgot my garlic bread. Would return.
Consistent food,after all it is a chain and has to follow the guide lines. Not five star dining but good value for the money. Small town location makes this place top of my list for customer service. Been there many times and will return!

Food was mediocre as expected but our server was very nice and made the meal great.
The service is terrible. Have been the on 3 separate occasions and the service has consistently been worse than the last. The take your name at the door then forget to come get you when a table is ready; happened twice. It took them over 25 minutes to ask us if we wanted a drink, the another 20 to bring it. They then took our order and we had them confirm that they had what we wanted. 45 minutes later the came with our order and informed one of the people in our party that they ran out of white meat (chicken) and asked if he wanted something else. At this point we had enough and asked to speak to the Manager. Would recommend you avoid this place at all costs.
