The long lines every time I go to Wes’s is a direct reflection of the popularity of this little shack on the side of the road in a small town. A couple times a year we drive out of our way to visit Wes’s. They do one thing, and one thing only, Fries. Check it out! Very good fries.

Too greasy!. I used to be a fan of Wes’s but I’ve found that they have gotten to greasy over the years! They will always have their fans and nostalgia but I’m not a fan of the greasy taste they now have. Make your own at home, just soak cut up potatoes in sugar water overnight and vola!!
Absolutely the best fries on the planet. They do fries so well, that’s all the chip wagon does, no poutine, no hot dogs or hamburges, just fried and drinks. It’s a great Sunday drive to Arnlrior and you could stop in Pakenham for some icecream at Scoops !
