Dos Mariachis has perfectly balanced and flavourful dishes. When you ask them to dile up the heat, you won’t lose the flavour of the ingredients. I also haven’t had a better churro. The service was very friendly, welcoming and sincere. They genuinely cared about the quality of their food. The chef came out to ask all the tables how their experience was.
Another Mexican dining choice in Aurora. Dos Mariachis has relatively simple menu with some of the Mexican standards, such as Fajitas, Enchiladas and Tacos. Service was fast and friendly. They brought out chips and salsa to start, after we placed our order. The salsa was nice and chunky, and came with a small wooden spoon to scoop the salsa onto the chips. I wonder why more Mexican restaurants don’t do this? It is such a simple thing that definitely made it easier to enjoy the salsa. SWMBO chose the Tacos dinner, two with Chorizo and two with Carnitas. The other available meat was Carne Asada. I opted for the Enchiladas Suizas with Chicken, which had more cheese than their regular Enchiladas. I just learned that Suizas means Swiss in Spanish, so I guess that Swiss Enchiladas have more cheese? One small negative: while the rice and beans were hot enough, the enchiladas could have been a bit hotter. Overall this was a good dining experience.
The service is top notch, the food is great and they really take suggestions to heart. The first time I visited I mentioned something about the rice and I recently returned and wow, they really changed things. You can tell they take pride in their food since it’s a family owned business.Overall I had a pleasant time, since I live very close I’m glad they are here to stay.
Tried it a week after opening and was very disappointed.Terrible fish tacos accompanied by inedible beans and rice.Wish I could say something good about this new business in the area but it’s not good.
Great food, excellent service ! Really worth to try it out ! Better than any other Mexican food .
