This is hands down the best sushi in the newmarket aurora area. I’ve tried every sushi in the area and this is the one I continually return to.
Lovely. For a small, not-too amazing place on the surface, the food is superb. Run (that night anyways) by a husband and wife team, Komachi’s strong point is the freshness and quality of their rolls, which are incredible beyond words. Spicy Tuna and Salmon rolls smelled and tasted like they came right from Japan, their freshness was so high. Top that all off with the ONLY sushi meal I’ve ever had under 40 bucks for 2 people, Komachi is a winner through and through.
Great value for your money. I have eaten at Komachi many times over the years. The staff is very friendly and always remember my order when I call. The dinner combos are a fantastic value for your money. You get so much food and the quality is quite good too. I would definitely recommend Komachi to anyone in Aurora that is looking for good sushi. The only down side is that they do not offer an all-u-can-eat option. I like sampling all different kinds of sushi, and without that option I cannot try all the kinds. Something to look into for the owners perhaps.
Spicy maki is very good, beef @ green onion is good. Overall very tasty
Pleasant service, tastes quite good, and doesn’t hurt in the budget department. A good place when you need some Japanese and a nice atmosphere.
Delicious,fresh sushi!. Always busy which is important for a sushi house. Fresh and tasty. Owners/staff friendly. No better place to go in Aurora.
