The food is okay, but the sevice is just horrible, very rude.
Horrible all the way. Rude customer service, for the price you pay you get treated with no respect. Food is OK, rushed sushi, rice was hard, they left me waiting without asking me if we needed anything for 20mins, I asked for my waitress another waitress rolled her eyes at us. Going yo sushi Kui across the block from now on.
So so food and experience.. I have been to Maple several times and I don’t think I am going to go back there again. I get the all-you-can-eat buffet when I go there. The problem is simply the rice to fish ratio. The sushi rolls have TOO much rice in them. The owners make you feel very cheap by the way they try to save money by giving you more rice than fish. Same thing with the sushi – they give you a slab of rice and filet a piece of crab meat into 4 and give it to you – you barely taste the fish. I was not impressed.I have eaten at MANY sushi restaurants and this is by far the worst one. I am not going back there when there are so many other good choices around Aurora.
Becoming a Favorite. This is a typical neighborhood sushi restaurant. It appears to be family run and it is not a fancy place. However, the food is really good-very fresh and the service is pleasant. They sometimes have dinner coupons which brings the meal cost down a bit. A good weeknight place for when you just want something different and don’t feel like cooking!
AMAZING. Sooooo yummy, so fresh. Huge selection all the all-u-can-eat menu. Super fast friendly service. Best in Aurora!!!!
Nice bell on the microwave. I was at the restaurant a month ago and I’m not sure if it was the microwave going off every 2 minutes or if was the ambience of the swastika graffiti outside the window but it was not a good experience.It was a decently priced AYCE sushi option but the items that were obviously reheated were awful, weirdly crunch and saturated with oil, I believe these are what were reheated in the microwaveplease do not waste your time, you’ll find better value on the McDonalds value option menuthe service was awful, slow and inattentivethe food was horrible and the overall experience worse.Do not go there
