Stopped by for supper based on the favourable previous review. Food was good, service was prompt, fairly tidy for post dinner rush at an all you can eat…….but ‘somehow’ my credit card was skimmed here. Sucks when you go out for a meal and someone try’s to buy jewellery the next day in the US online . Card company called and asked and got the card locked off but stuck me without my credit card on my vacation. It was the only time I used that card in over a week…
Terrible Dinner Experience. My boyfriend and I went to Maple sushi for dinner tonight and had a terrible experience. Not a single item we ordered tasted as if it was made any time near when we ordered it. The meat inside the sushi was chewy as if it had been warmed up in a microwave prior to being served. Even the simplest item, the edamame was horrific, clearly was not cooked enough, tasted like cardboard. When we voiced our concerns to the staff, no corrective action was taken and the woman we were dealing with even asked us if we wanted to order more. We left after we paid full price for our terrible all you can eat experience. I would strongly discourage anyone from going to this restaurant and we will never be back.

After eating there tonight and having THE WORST service I have ever had in any restaurant, I will NEVER eat here again. RUDE employees, SLOW service and DISGUSTING cleanup of our table between orders…it seemed as though we were being ignored, we had to wave at employees multiple times and there were only 3 tables of customers! They would look at us then walk into the back. I have eaten here many times and to have this bad of service towards a regular customer is UNACCEPTABLE.DO NOT EAT HERE, as you will be disappointed.
