This place has terrible customer service! When I asked a question the staff person didn’t acknowledge me, turned around and started talking to another staff. They spend a lot of time chatting with one another instead of customersIn the 2 hours we were there we were never asked if we wanted another drink and had to call out several times to even get her to return to refill water glasses.The food however is really good but even with the food service we waited so long to pay( while staff chatted with each other) that we asked for the food to be microwaved.The location and the food is the reason to go, if you can overlook the rude customer service
I have been here a few times. Its an Italian bakery/food bar/grocery/antipasto bar/gelato place. You can take out or eat in. There’s a large seating area. The place is neat, tidy and clean. It’s located off of Wellington in a newer building. There is a large parking lot, so plenty of free parking.There are traditional Italian goodies, trays of pastries, buckets of cookies. I love the cream cannoli. Very good. Flaky pastry with fresh whipped cream . yum. They have racks of different types of breads and buns. All so good. I love walking through the bread aisle it feels like I’m in a Parisian bakery. Oh lala.All the gelato is good. My favourite ones are hazelnut, pistachio, mango, lime, and lemon. So good. So refreshing. Hot food bar is chock full of Italian food. Lasagne, pasta, roasts, chicken, rice balls, lots of vegetables too. You get a huge portion of anything you order. Like two meals big. Three if you eat with a salad! This place is a bit pricy admittedly but the food tastes great and you get a tonne of it. It’s a nice place to come with people. There’s something for everyone and lots of seating. Everyone I deal with is really nice. I like it here. whatlynnate.wordpress.com

Go for the food.. Fantastic pizza and cappuccino. Terrible service, rude and slow.
Pizza is the best I have ever had. Just as good as in Italy! The service however is terrible and has been since I have been going there. It takes forever to be seated and the staff stand around and chat to each other rather than coming to the table even once. The food makes up for it though and I keep going back.
A great place to get together with friends/family. I come here often.I met up with a few friends here to watch the soccer game saturday night. the wait staff was very friendly and attentive. the hot table was so fresh, pizza was amazing, as usual. we ended the meal with some ice cream and desserts, which are always so fresh.with respect to the previous review: I was there that morning and know exactly what happened!you guys should of reserved a conference room, plenty around, however a big expense. not used an establishment to perform job fair. that was no breakfast meeting. having coffee and dessert for 3.5 hours does not justify what you guys were conducting. HAVE SOME CLASS!rf
