I highly recommend not going. I’ve had Thai food from around the world. This has to be one of the worst I’ve ever had. I ordered a Thai dumpling which was trenched in peanut sauce and the meat in the dumpling was less then a teaspoon . I also ordered Pad Thai a simple dish that is hard to mess up. This dish was so gooey. I thought I was biting into a dish full of sugar. The cook must have not tasted it. The last dish I ordered was spring rolls and rice. Again simple dish I expected the dish to be tasty since the food is hard to mess up. However, I also didn’t want to have it as a dessert. It took 40 minutes.I recommend going to Annalisa Asian Fusion Cuisine & Lounge 15171 Yonge instead
Food is GREAT, but…… We’ve been eating at Orchid Thai ever since it opened. The quality of the food has stayed the same (fantastic) and you can’t beat the friendly service, but the restaurant badly needs a makeover. The windows are disgustingly dirty, the decorative items need a good dusting, and some of the chair pads are worn. I would be embarrassed to take guests there.
Good thai. Good food, great service. They were very good to us, 4 adults 3 kids. portions arte a bit small but very tasty. Cashew chicken yum, tamarind beef but we had it chicken tamarind, with no problem to switch things around. Veggie friendly, they made my wife two dishes without meat, no onions or garlic. Great food, amazing decor i like the pics on the tables of Thailand.the only thing we thought it was a bit pricy for the amount of food in the plates.Good spot for a date, or bringing mom and dad. Very nice place amazing service.

Best Thai Food in Ontario. I agree with the post above that this is the best Thai food restaurant in Ontario. My husband and I go to this restaurant at least once a month. Our favourites are the Red Beef Curry and the Pad Thai. I am looking forward to trying other dishes that the reviewers here have listed as their favourites.The service is exceptional and the staff are super friendly. We have tried other places around the GTA and we feel so lucky that this Thai restaurant is just a couple of minutes from our house. If you haven’t been there yet– go you will not be disappointed.
Super delicious ever!. I highly recommend you visit and try Orchid Thai located at 15474 Yonge St, Aurora their website address is http://www.orchidthai.ca this is the best Thai restaurant I have ever been to, the taste is incredible, I go there at least once a week with all my friends from work
Beautiful place! Absolutely beautiful. The service is fantastic and the food is exceptional. Friendly staff and welcoming environment. Would definitely return again with my family.
