Frequent Sushi Goers. My friends and I decided to try out a new sushi restaurant, and checked out Sushi Kui. And this sushi place is by far the best is many aspects. To begin the food is delicious. But what I was most impressed by was the service, as mentioned my friends and I are frequent sushi goers and we are often unimpressed with the service, eventually we just assumed it was the norm within Sushi restaurants. However, we were all blown away with how kind the management team was at Sushi Kui. They kept checking in on us to see if everything was okay, they would name all food items they placed down and most importantly they didnt seem like you were bothering them when you were asking questions. The place was packed and we did not have to wait for our food at all. Great Job Sushi Kui

Loved the food and service!. A few friends and I went to eat here! Food was fantastic, very well prepared, the fried selections were fresh and just right. The service was great as well, the staff were eager and quick to accommodate a large crowd!
I went to Sushi Kui on a Saturday with a group of 7 and was impressed at the speed of the service. The ambience was nice for couples and larger groups, the staff were attentive and friendly, and the food was great! Bonus points for the calamari and pork cutlet for not being dry.
Best sushi in town. We dine here all the time. Food is always excellent and staff always friendly and welcoming. Happy to provide a positive review for one if our favourite local spots!
Very bad service. Was there on Saturday and arrived at 9:30pm and thought we had enough time to eat since the sign said they closed at 11pm. As soon as we were seated we felt rushed. As we were getting our water the waiter asked if we were ready to order, which of course we were not. Then around 10pm were were told the kitchen was closing down and we needed to order everything… which we weren’t because my friend and I were still working on our first order. Then 10 minutes later a waitress comes over and asks if we could pay our bill now so they can close down their system for the night. I have never been asked to pay for a bill before I was done dinner so you can imagine how surprised and upset my friend and I were over this request. I have never encountered this before in my life and I was sooo disappointed. I haven’t been back to Sushi Kui for over a year because I had issues with the quality of their sashimi before but I wanted to give them a second chance. NEVER AGAIN!!! I don’t care how good your food is, if you have unprofessional staff and bad customer service I will never go back. Drive 20 minutes further south and go to Spoon and Fork in Vaughn. I have never had bad service there and there food is amazing!!
