Went here tonight. I had the seafood pho. Lots of noodles and a fair amount of shrimp and scallops. Broth was quite flavorful. Husband and daughter had the pad Thai which they loved. The service was quick. Will be back.
Excellent.. I went there with my daughter and her 14 month old son. The service was excellent and the food was too. We ordered calamari. It was tender and piping hot. The meatballs on the #24 Pho weren’t that great but the broth and the rest if the Pho was very tasty.
Not great. I’ve ordered their pho soup take-out a few times, and it was ok, nothing special. Went a few weeks ago for supper, and ordered veg pad thai. Not good. The tofu was cold and soggy, obviously deep fried earlier in the day, and then re-heated. And the dish was bland. The service is friendly and quick on a positive note.
Been here about 3 times; each dish is really subpar. Their peanut sauce is so watered down that it’s like soup, their Pad Thai is sticky and has an after taste and the Chicken Satay, which is supposed to be grilled chunks of chicken marinated in satay sauce comes almost as a goulash / beef stew. I’m doing giving this place chances. Gross. Gross. Gross.
Not very good. Tried this restaurant recently and was very disappointed. The food was average, at best. The service was poor, and the restaurant was so dirty that my feet were sticking to the floor.
Tasteless and skimpy. I took my husband and son here for lunch one Saturday after skating. We had 1 pho with chicken, 1 bun with chicken and 1 bun with spring rolls. The bun with spring rolls came with 4 spring rolls which was great. However, there was almost nothing else to top the bun – only a handful of iceberg lettuce, a single slice of cucumber topped the bun. No herbs, no onions, no peanuts, nothing. The pho was good (according to my husband) as he liked the broth alot. It too could have had more things (herbs, onions, carrots, etc) to add to the broth and noodles. For $30 for lunch for 3, I was not impressed with the quality.
It was Wednesday when me and my friends decide to go eat some pho! He had already went to Hai Noi Pho in Orlans on innes together and thought it was really good! After supper we went back in the car and I realized I didn’t have my cellphone on me. I looked everywhere in the car and it wasn’t there therefore I went back in to see if it was in the restaurant. I asked the two guys who were working in the front if they had seen an iPhone. They said no but looked on the counter and at the table I was sitting. One also asked if I had even brought it in. I replied I wasn’t sure but if they could continue looking. While I was speaking to them a customer got up and said to them he had just brought a white iPhone with a pink case to the bald Vietnamese guy. They then looked surprise, like they just got caught an told me the bald guy was gone out to get stuff for the restaurant but he would be back in about 20mins because he had left his cellphone charging on the counter. I asked the guys who where there why he would bring my cell with him? They continue looking and said maybe it was in the safe but they didn’t have the combination. When he got back I asking him for my cell he replied another girl had came and got it. I was mad and knew it was complete BS! He said he wasn’t responsible for the lost and found. He also said he drove a Mercedes and didn’t care about and iPhone. I told him I would call the cop and I did. As I was doing my report he was calling someone on the phone, he was talking in his language and repetitively saying ”iphone 4s”. I saw they had cameras so I suggested we looked at the footage he replied he didn’t have the password but before that he told me he was the owner?!! When I told him it was in the polices hand he said that the girl he gave the phone to was a regular and that when she would come back he would ask for it. That night my mother called and left a voice mail to them saying if I didn’t have my phone back this story would be in the newspapers! Next morning my friend got a phone called saying that people in Orleans are so nice that when the guy went to work in the morning my phone was in a bag hanging on the restaurant door with a note from the ”girl” saying she had taking the wrong cellphone!! I went back after work to pick it up! I told them I would never come back to eat there!! I got my cellphone back but the SIM card was missing!!! I think people deserve to know this and they don’t deserve their clientele!!!
