My dad and I stopped in for a quick and affordable lunch. We asked about gluten free options and the cook was very friendly and happy to accommodate us. Our food was excellent and cooked perfectly. We went back there every day of our stay to try different items from their varied menu. I will be going there again soon!
Liked it- burger and fries, just what I ordered. No problems, chill place
Not worth it. Rough restaurant and the food looks the exact same.20 dollars for two people for food one of us couldn’t even eat.The breads thin and seems stale to hold the burnt square patty.Greasy onion rings with no onion in most..
Very disappointed the original Barrie Burger on Bayfield was awesome, but this one Falls Short. Fish looked and tasted like it was made yesterday and warmed up today, burgers were burnt. Guess I will have to look for the orginal Barrie Burger
Excellent food. Burger was fresh (not frozen) and tasty. Fries and rings were home-made and the sandwiches are ridiculously large. Great choice and much better than your typical fast food joint! Oh, and the place was well kept and very clean. Always a good thing…
Frozen Burger, anyone?. When I came to Barrie, the restaurant Barrie Burger caught my eye. After all, naming your burger joint in honour of the city is a great compliment to the folks of Barrie! First impressions when you walk in is that of a dirty cafeteria that just happens to serve booze. For this 10 dollar burger you have to go up to the counter, no wait staff here! But you can overlook a crappy place if it serves good food. The burgers were bland to taste, the bread was stale, the fries were frozen. 20.00 for two? No, i don’t think so, not for frozen ground beef.
