So I’m a picky eater and well rids and wings were fantastic but the brisket was to saucy and I didn’t like how it was shaved I rather thicker. Beer selection is small. Also the corn bread was cold I’d rather it warmed up. Could compline about the staff very pleasant and my hard on the eyes. I like to think I’d go back. Food was cooked just right and you could taste the smoke. Nice little spot.

True meaning of Q. Ordered the Mini Sampler while my diningmate decided on the Elvis. Hot trays of BBQ descended on us like an airdrop of woodsy, peppery, tangy, and sweet relief. Pulled pork, soft and consistent, bathed in pan drippings seasoned to add tartness to the rich sauce. Fiery Honey Garlic as well as Signature BBQ wings arrived hot and crisp, flavoured with liberal helpings of sauces that tasted as imagined. Ribs were butchered to perfection and cooked with an expert feel for the delectable balance of smoke, fire, moisture, and saucy marination that makes a good rib. Will definitely be by with the bikes this summer.

Great meat, shame about the fries!. Well we have eaten here several times and like another local BBQ house every single time we love the meat and the proportions, but are let down by the sides. The meat is great, but we always find ourselves saying, Great meat shame about the fries! When you think of all that work goes that goes into making this delicious meat and then to serve it up with commercially available frozen fries is a shame. Dont get me wrong the fries are okay, but the meal would be so much better with fresh cut fries like you would get from a chip truck.

BEST BBQ EVER. Wow I can’t believe how fantastic this place is. Incredible food, amazing service! I frequent Big Bone in barrie and I am always excited too bring new people there because its always a crowd pleaser. I cant even believe I came on here and read any negative reviews. Some people are miserable! Don’t believe even one word of negativity. This place is UNREAL!!!!!!!
