Delizioso! A Gem in downtown Barrie. You’ll find authentic Italian food, friendly service, a casual atmosphere and Nonna’s working away in the cucina preparing delicious meals. Best Italian food in Barrie by far!
Just go. Don’t be overthinking this. Just go. Whatever you order it’s homemade from scratch in truly authentic italian way. Everything is great. Amazing veal parmigiana plate and lamp spiducci. Real espresso and delicious strawberry tiramis dessert.
Great experience. Really good quality food, really good prices, amazing service and the best cappuccino you’ll ever have. The food is made from scratch and has a very comforting authentic Italian flavor. You can have a decent filling meal for around $15-20. The environment is bright, modern, and eloquent. A great spot for lunch or dinner.
What a great addition to downtown Barrie. Authentic Italian made from the heart that’s evident. Cinzia our server was so sweet and so much fun. She made the experience that much better. I had cabrese salad was simple but clean fresh flavour. Lamb spaducci which I love. Made how I first experienced at an Italia’ss family home. Potatoes crisp and seasoned well. My fianc had the veal sandwich with a nice cream jalapeo sauce homemade and it gave it a great kick. The owner Giovanna wanted us to test her strawberry tiramisu and it was delicious! The little gem at 62 Dunlop St. should not be missed. It has great potential to be a great spot. Simple but done right!! We will be back!
