  They deliver food to my house while I was waiting for a delivery from some where diffrent not realizing it was wrong food. The delivery guy was way off on the address btw. They come back with my money and took the food to repackage after it been sitting in my house for over half an hour. Absolutely disgusting. Fyi I informed/warned the real customer on the bill what had transpired.

  Don’t Bother Giving These People Your Business. Just the other day, Christmas Eve, we ordered our chinese food 3 hours in advance. When we showed up to pickup our order it wasn’t ready and wasn’t ready for another 45 minutes. When we finally got home the food was so-so and barely warm. I wouldn’t advise anyone to patronize these idiots as they don’t deserve the business. Totally unorganized, language barrier and mediocre food.

  We just moved up to horseshoe valley, from toronto in dec 2012….its now march 2013…wanting an craving chinese food…we all know the mandarin..but we wanted something different and we hear of this ck chinese small take out place and its reputation,me and my family are very picky I must admit I spent $85.00 brought it home…and looked at the portions I was taken back..they were huge!….the food fresh too order!..and in all my years and many,many chinese places I have been too ck has brought me back to my child hood!….and they now will have including my friends an family that visit will have another 35 loyal customers for life!!!! Good bye mandarin…………………D.Holmes

  It took 2 hours and 30 mins for my food to arrive tonight. I was told my dinner would arrive within the hour, so after an hour and a half I decided to call. I was told they not only had the wrong address but the wrong phone number too(which I gave them very clearly 3 times). I was ensured that the delivery man was in the neighborhood and he would be here shortly. Never did I receive an apology. Another hour rolls by… (like seriously?!?) my food is here!! My brother righfully asks for some kind of compensation. At this point I believe we deserve some kind of credit because not only have we been waiting for dinner for almost 3 hours but our food is cold. I refuse to pay full price for dinner I will have to reheat myself. After one very nasty phone call with the manager(who refused to give us any sort of credit or apology) we turned away the food and did not pay. The manager didn’t seem all the upset about it… But why should he, the food will only go back and be reheated and sent out to you. Beware of restaurants that do not respect your business.
