Was alright. Nothing overly spectacular. Food was alright, but no outstanding flavour combinations. I understand this is reflection of southern food however food should have flavour or be combined to please the palette.
Was there lat night with my family, three teenage kids and my wife. As soon as we sat down and ordered drinks the waiter spilt the drinks all over the table. We moved to a different table by ourselves ( no recommendation from the waitress) and waited for a good 10 minutes before we even got any attention from their staff. When we finally got the food the waiter could not tell us what the wing sauce was – she had to go back and check and BTW the sauce was not even added in the first place. The calamari was over cooked and cold. When I asked to have a word with the manager his attitude was of total indifference and could not really give a crap. The waitress was no different…..total lack of customer service.All in all the worst dining experience- will not be returning to this establishment…..

For over a century various members of my extended family have served in the hospitality industry so I have an idea about customer service & hospitality.In Jan/13 when several parents/kids from our visiting hockey team decided to grab some dinner at a restaurant we were turned down by a nearby Kelseys who didn’t want the hassle of trying to fit us in on a busy night. Understanding there are challenges but business is business and people have to eat. How you are treated reflects future business. Lone Star Texas Grill was nearby and while busy, we were welcomed with open arms and all staff did the uptmost to make our dining experience and great one!!! Hence this Jan/14 our entire team has made plans to return to the warmth and fantastic food/atmosphere @ Lone Star Texas Grill this weekend!!! Happy to give them our business!
Amazing Restaurant. The staff was very friendly and efficent. I was seated immediately and was explained to how the menu worked. Our food was quick, hot, fresh, and affordable. I would 100% recommend it!
