Fire everyone. This review is on the Grande Prairie Alberta location. I love mucho burrito and refuse to let the rude and rush rush service from stopping me from going there. Everytime I eat here it’s a struggle to get what I want. From beginning to end. They rush you through so fast there’s a lot of water from the beans that make your burrito soggy because they won’t take the two seconds it takes to strain it out. They often mishear what I want and end up putting something I don’t want and then argue with me when I correct them. Everyone wraps them different. One girl always wraps with a gold in it so I comes apart as you are eating it. They insist on telling me that 5 tiny morsels of corn is 75 cents extra as if to deeter me from getting any. I absolutely despise the service here. They wouldn’t even put a poblano pepper on my burrito after I offered to pay whatever the price because they only go with poblano burritos. It really is a shame. My love hate struggle with this place is real.

Good if you’re in a hurry. Atmophere is ‘in and out’ – but ok if you’re in a hurry. seats aren’t comfortable. Love the music and TASTE is quite authentic – but not generous on toppings/meat. (wasn’t much diff between kids and adults!) But yes, I would prob go again.
I’ve always been pleased with the service and food. The staff are polite and positive. Also, they deliver! Not a lot of delivery options in Barrie (outside of pizza) so its nice that they offer such service.
Love the food, eat here all the time. Staff Is terrible I always feel like I’m putting them out having to serve me, every last time Ive been here. This is more than likely a result of management. Miserable environment, good thing for the happy background music
Good food. Could achieve the same at home for better price though. I still like going and eating here just cuz makin stuff at home is not as fun as you’d think lol
Yes good food but cheap with the beef & guac, considering how much i payed. I also tire of this location never having the hot sauces available for own shaking pleasure. my frequency here is down because of these things
