Hmm…………. pizza was really awesome, also great service, prompt delivery too… will be my new store to order pizza from now on……..
I do love the pizza, went to a few places in Barrie and do not care for it, but my son keeps asking for it and I love it too. I reccomend it and we will go back for sure. Only thing I did not like, is there wasn;t enough cheese on the poutine, but that is pretty much it.
This was the first time ordering from papa Joe’s after being told by a barrie lifer, best pizza in town. 6 THUMBS DOWN. When the lid was open, to a group of hungry people, all you seen was grease. It was an instant turn off for me. The crust had grayish sections in the under cook dough which of course I took off before anyone else seen it. I could rant on but I’m telling you…BEWARE…If your looking to waste your money…order a party pizza….
Raw food. Ordered 2 Panzerotti dough was not cooked on the inside toppings were half frozen called to complain was told that’s how we cook and they will not fix our issue said they will lose a costumer and the reply was oh well
I lOve their poutines! Pizza is ok but I stopped ordering extra cheese and I’m certain there was never extra anything. Decent monza sticks and poppers.
DOWNHILL. This place use to be great! As the other poster mentioned since the new owners have taken over it has become awful! Rude customer service, as if you are bothering them by coming in the store! Pizza slice burnt and stale tasting!Will not be returning after being my favourite pizza place for at least a decade!
Still lacking customer service. After I had written my previous review someone from this restaurant called and wanted to make up for our poor experience. He offered us a meal on him. We told him we would love to try again as we had been customers for some time and really liked everything up until that bad experience. We said that we would try again the following weekend. Well when we called they said they had no record of our name for the said comp and then offered us a 20% discount instead. We asked to speak to the owner and were told he wasn’t there and it wouldn’t matter. We took the 20% discount but when the order arrived it wasn’t discounted. Clearly they don’t care for repeat customers which is something our family won’t be with this establishment!12 Jan, 2012Customer Service? NOT!!!!. Horrible customer service, new owners who could care less about the fact we have been loyal customers for over 10 years, sorry but these new owners need to get a grip, cold on the bottom pizza and they got my order wrong then blamed me!!!! My kid with the mushroom allergydidn’t get his fave pizza for the first time in years, too bad this place used to rock, now they SUCK!!!!
