Done with South Street Burger, never going back. Up until about a month or so ago, South Street Burger was a location that we visited once in a while. But we won’t be going back. The management at the BAYFIELD STREET location in BARRIE, ONTARIO is rude, unprofessional and liars. Long story short….Burgers were ordered extra well done because the people in our party didn’t want them pink or red in the middle. 4 burger combos were ordered in total and we were charged for extra orders of fries too. When this was mentioned to an employee of the store, the manager became involved and literally THREW the money back on the table as we were about to eat and told us not to come back because we were trouble. Trouble for asking for burgers to be cooked properly. Trouble for asking to have money back for something we didn’t order. No arguing took place, swear words were never mentioned and we calmly interacted with the so-called manager who stood nose-to-nose with an individual at my table. Why is the manager a liar? Well, after our experience at South Street, we got a hold of head office to let them know of our experience. The manager told head office that we were swearing in the store and making a scene. None of this is true. But we won’t be back to ANY South Street location. There are other places to grab a burger that don’t cost an arm and a leg

Over Rated & Over Priced. The worst combination for food is something that is over rated and over priced. The burgers are not tasty at all, you can taste the gas/propane in the meat. It cost me almost $50 for a 3 kids and 2 adults and I had a coupon for a FREE burger. Will not be going back ever.
A Great Berger. The best I’ve had in years! Of course it takes a little longer because they grill it on the spot for you. The toppings are gormet. Worth a retour
In Love. I love this place! olives and pickles on my burger, amazing. I like that they have a smaller burger option. Having new york fries as the side- best combo !! Glad that there is another location on my side of town
