LOVE Pita Pit! Yea, the pitas can be a tad pricey depending on the choice, but the topping and sauce selection is so much more diverse than other pita options, the food is consistently good, and I can’t think of any better way to cram tons of veggies into my body with them tasting so good :DFood: Just great! I usually get the falafel wrap, sometimes the chicken Caesar if I have a few extra bucks. Fill it with romaine, tomato, peppers, onion, mushroom, alfalfa, feta, tziki, Chipotle ranch…. Mmmmm! !!!! I’m hungry thinking about it ^.^Service: Generally great! The people there just seem like nice, laid back people, happy to chat while they make your pita and with a friendly disposition. I’ve always had good service!Price: Tad more expensive than some places, but on par with others at the same price. For example, I had a wrap at mcd’s, which was more expensive than what I’d pay for a falafel pita here and with less toppings; the wrap was good, but I’d prefer a pita every time :DSummary: Again, I LOVE Pita Pit! Great place for a delicious and filling meal (and healthy, too, if you are careful with how much sauce you get ^.^). Def recommended! !
Rude Service. I don’t usually eat at fast food places but I was very hungry and decided to stop by for a pita. I found it odd that what I consider a fast food type establishment had an option for tip but just thought it was an option no big deal. I did not tip as I was not being catered too as I would in a restaurant and I simply wanted a quick pita on the go. As I moved over to where the pitas are assembled the male cashier brought my order receipt to the male who assembles the pita and pointed to the tip at which was $0.00 and laughed to who assembles it, right in front of me. Listen I just wanted a friggin pita, don’t expect a tip for a minute of me telling you what I want on it. The sad thing is this is NOT the first time I had a problem with the service…Its the one that made me write this complaint.
