Visited Almadina and for the first time ordered something different from my regular beef shawarma, double rice with tahini sauce and hummus. Instead, I ordered some sort of beef cooked with peppers and onions which was lacking in spice and flavour. The rice and salads were on point but I was missing something in the protein department. stephaniealau.com

Amazing Shawarma!. I decided to stop in at this place after noticing it while driving by. This place is near the University of Waterloo, in the plaza where many restaurants are located. When I walked in, the place was huge! I was surprised at how many tables there were. I stood in line and ordered a chicken shawarma. The people who own the restaurant are very kind and considerate, I felt very comfortable to ask them questions about the meal items. This restaurant also has a take-out section, with prepared to go items which looked amazing! When I received my chicken shawarma, I chose a table and sat down. When I first bit into the shawarma, I was in heaven! The taste is amazing! All of the flavours mixed well together, and it was probably the best shawarma that I have ever tasted! I was definitely impressed with the service, atmosphere, and food. Will definitely return and would recommend you try this place!
Loved it!. The donair is amazing, as well as the chicken shawarma! Reasonably priced, large portions, and the service was wonderful too. I also like that you can pick and choose what you want on your food.I can’t wait to go back!
