This was our first experience at one of this chains stores and it was pretty positive. My partner had the hamburger, fries and salad and I had the steak with similar sides. Both meals were cooked well and served hot and promptly by friendly servers despite it being very busy. Even the desserts were tasty. Coffee was hot and fresh.The poorly run London location can learn a lot from this place.
