Server Etiquette. Went here for lunch with a friend and as we were seated waiting for our server I watched as one of the servers behind the counter had one finger deeply routed into here nose picking out a looger. She was standing in plain site where everyone in the restaurant could see her. When she found what she was looking for she took a good long close look at it and then wiped it off on the front of her apron. She then proceeded to serve dishes to customers and had not even washed her hands. Fingers all over the rims of the dishes. Not sure what the custom is in China but here in Canada that is considered to be disgusting. I will not return here. The university students can keep this gem to themselves.
