Just left this place was there with my wife and our adult daughter who works in the restaurant business and all 3 of agreed this was one of the worst meals we have in a long time. It took a while to get drinks as we sat down they were still wiping the table with only a damp cloth…gross. wait staff was slow at best we had 3 different girls waiting on us no idea why my wife’s chicken parm was so over cooked it was likely double fried my pizza the dough was uncooked and the cheese rave was so tasteless it was unreal. We won’t be back there any time soon if ever.
Pretty expensive and waitresses don’t tend to your services as much if you are a student. Menu was confusing and the waitresses don’t really explain much and basically repeated the menu to me. The food was decent but for the price not worth the trip. Only go there if you have group events or they have deals.
THIS PLACE SUCKS!. My girlfriend and I went to this place twice and both times it was HORRIBLE. My asian grandma can make better pasta than they do. Their service was very rude, and slow to say the least. We waited for almost an hour, and after the long wait, what we got was even worse. I ordered a pasta, but what I got looked like chicken breast soup. My girlfriend ‘s pasta had cold brocoli and it tasted disgusting. We gave $0 tip. Don’t go here; I would rather go to Village 1 meal.
This Resturant is just terrible! I been to east side Mario couple of years ago and I made sure I never come back! Today I just have a chance, maybe the food would be better but nope it is still so bad! I can make much better pasta than they do!
Terrible. This place (and the whole chain) has been in a nosedive for years. Bad food and service and an atmosphere from the early 90’s. They need to close this chain and/or rethink it and rebrand it. Also, perhaps going back to the old days when they used to make everything from scratch might help.
Not much to say. Frozen reheated food. Usually over salted almost to the point you cant eat it. Wait staff is always university kids who aren’t always on their A game.
Really good food but far too over-priced for simple pasta!
