Bad Experience. Went to this place after reading the reviews online. The service was awful. I received my pizza and it was ice cold. They messed up the other order for my friend and had to make a new one. They left my pizza on the table and walked away. I had to ask for more water 3 times. I then asked for a condiment and the wrong one was dropped on the table as the waitress went flying by and the place was not even busy. It was the worst service I have received in a very long time. The pizzas were very disappointing and was nothing like pizzas in Italy let alone from Napoli. Just an overall bad experience. The staff needs more training from the pizzaiolo to the serving staff. A shame really.
Bland pizza. If your basic margherita pizza is too bland, you’re not doing things correctly. Dough was tough and tasteless, sauce and cheese added nothing. Even their chili oil had no flavour or heat! Am I taking crazy pills here?

Great gluten free pizza! Tasty and good texture for gluten free. Started with a Caesar and it wasn’t creamy, had the Abruzzo pizza and both were delicious!
Very good pizza. I was apart of a party of 6. When we first came in the door we were greeted by one of the employees right away. The place was packed. As we had a larger group without a reservation, the staff made us feel very welcomed when they moved around a couple tables to accomodate us. The waitress we had was very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. 6 pizzas were ordered and they all came out on time and we’re all piping hot. I would recommend this place. All the pizzas are reasonably priced. The salted caramel gelato was amazing.
Best pizza in a long, long time!. I’ve been looking for authentic Neapolitan pizza for a long time in Waterloo and I’ve finally found it – at Famosa Neapolitan Pizzeria. My wife and I enjoyed the Margarita as well as the Capricciosa pizzas – both delish. the Dolce and Bananas for dessert was excellent as well. Great wine list, and a good selection of craft beers, as well as a must have for Italian restaurants – Perroni. Very nice servers and perfect location on King St. in Waterloo. Can’t wait to try the patio for lunch (it was raining tonight). This could be out new favourite casual dining spot in Waterloo.
It has the ingredients but suffers from poor execution. My girlfriend and I have been on the hunt for good pizza. It was almost there, but suffers from a few problems. The dough is delicious, but is either too thin for the amount Sauce used, or not baked long enough. The outter edge of the pizza was done nicely, but the indie was limp and unappetizing. The sauce is decent but the pizza is ultimately held back by its poor baking.
