The employees were very friendly and i felt very welcome there, however, I wasn’t terribly impressed with the meat choices and their corn chips are mediocre at best. The burrito as a whole was tasty but nothing to write home about. The nice thing is that you pay for the burrito and all items, including guac and sour cream, are included in the price. The salsa for the chips and pico for the burrito were pretty bland. But they have one of the hottest burrito hot sauces I’ve ever came across! I’m glad I had them out it on the side because if I had know it was made with ghost peppers I wouldn’t have asked for it at all! All in all it was a 5 of 10.
Terrible. I first went to fat bastard this summer and had a decent burrito but now going back months later I regret wasting my money on it! I ordered their largest size and while watching them make it compared to the amount they put on mine versus the smaller sizes their was no difference! So no value for the money, may as well order the small since you’ll be getting the same amount just a larger tortilla shell! The toppings were not fresh with funny tastes and the chicken was extremely dry! Over all it was a horrible burrito and ended up in the garbage as soon as I was home. I will not be going back.
Very Nice Owner and Great Food. I ordered a large burrito w/ extra meat and the owner gave me a water bottle for free because it was so much food. Taste was impeccable and burritos are larger than burrito boyz for the price. Overall 9.87658769/10 experience, recommended for friends and family whom enjoy good food.
Disappointing. We LOVE Mexican food, so we give every restaurant a try. We found Fat Bastard Burrito Co. to give you smaller portions and charge more for their burritos than both Burrito Boys and Holy Guacamole. We also found the flavor lacking and I had the Buffalo Chicken. Holy Guacamole’s burrito are fresh-tasting and bursting with flavor. Burrito Boys are a bit heavier of a meal, so we do eat there less, but would recommend either before Fat Bastard.
LOVED EVERY BITE!!!. I was told about this place by a co-worker who swears by this place. I went last night for dinner with my boyfriend. The place is really clean and ultra modern. The staff was great and very pleasant. I had the Butter Chicken Burrito and my bf had the Baja Chipotle Chicken Burrito. There are so many toppings to choose from, and they all looked amazing and differ from Burrito Boyz plain jane toppings, not to mention there is NO CHARGE for guacamole. Both of our burritos were absolutely fantastic! They are way more flavourful than Burrito Boyz and offer way more options. We are going to be back! (probably today). Not to mention they have DEEP FRIED MARS BARS!!!
Do you like the feeling of a blow torch on your tongue? Enjoy the johnny Cash song ring of fire? That describes my esophagus after consuming a chicken burrito. Apparently the staff feel that ‘medium’ is a relative term. The chicken burritos are so spicy I am left crying, wondering if my tongue is really something that I need or if chopping it off would be a viable option. Good burritos though. Better than burrito boys by a mile. Not sure why they put noodles on them though… authentic Mexican?
Meh…. They just opened so maybe i should cut them some slack…but the food was bland and underwhelming. I got a steak burrito but there was barely any meat in there, the rice was under cooked or was sitting in the container too long cause it was chewy. the owner was chatting up with one customer (I get that he is trying to be friendly) but he was holding up the line… nice and clean looking place tho… Imma go back for another burrito in a week or two but I have a feeling they won’t be out competing BBoyz across the street…
