Absolutely the worst bakery. I certainly will never go there again. I’m from out of town and usually come to the Waterloo region maybe once a month. This time I decided to visit the store on Lorraine Avenue in Kitchener. Unfriendly staff, lousy-tasting bread, dry muffins… The whole experience was far below par. I do not recommend this business to anyone. Fail.
