Chef spitting in kitchen. I went here a few years ago and I could hear the chef horking and spitting while cooking in the kitchen. Disgusting.I know in Chinese culture spitting is considered a sign of cleanliness, but in a kitchen it is absolutely unacceptable (especially in Canada).
Good. I really enjoy the food here, and a cup of Hong Kong style black milk tea. Yums! Nice service and is my place to go to for take out Chinese.
