Waterloo’s Best Restaurant. No Doubt About It!!!. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants in Waterloo. Some are good, some are bad but none are great. Proof has changed that. Proof was great the first time I went there and the 5th time I went there. That is why I am writing this review. Everytime I have gone to Proof it has been so so good. Management has done an unbeleivable job. The aura is good, service is great and the food is the best iI have had out in a while. I recommend it to anyone looking for a new place to eat in uptown waterloo.
