Not your father’s chip wagon!. By chance we came across the Schmuck Gourmet Food truck while out shopping on July 19. The owner of the patio store we visited advised us to get lunch at the truck. I was wary of food trucks but we were impressed by the menu selection as well as professionalism of the owner. We ordered the turkey burger, fries and the pulled pork sandwich. The food was fresh, made from quality ingredients and tasted fantastic! Unfortunately we are not from the Waterloo area, otherwise we would definitely go back!
