Seems like Seoul Soul had a change in ownership since I last visited over 8 months ago. The deep fried potato banchan was as addictive as ever but the Bulgogi was SO dry… Like shreds of cardboard dry and the rice was cooked with goo much water. I’ll have to look for a new bi bim bap hang out in waterloo stephaniealau.com
This place was a miss for me, although people have told me if you get the pork bone soup it is better. The staff were possibly a bunch of Korean International students that didn’t seem to look like they know what they’re doing. They asked each other for the pricing and food items. And the ordering process took awhile, I was the only one in the store and I asked for a bibimbap takeout. The food was bland at best and they charged me around $8 plus tax. Would not be going back as it was expensive and the food wasn’t even that great.
