Amazing Place!, I love their Volcano roll and Spicy salmon rollI also enjoy getting some fresh sashimi platter every week it’s always fresh and tasty. I was surprised they served wild salmon which I like, wild salmon ishard to get in any other waterloo sushi restaurants. The owner is always welcoming and friendly, I always have pleasant time in suki =)

Loving the Suki Sushi! The previous owner was good but the new Suki Sushi is awesome! The fish is very fresh and the rolls are very tasty. I been to many sushi restaurants in the GTA but I think Suki Sushi is one of the best. The service is great and they are always so friendly. The new environment is very stylish and clean. I would recommend this restaurant if you like good quality fish and great tasting rolls!!

Amazing sushi – don’t listen to haters. So this place used to be Tomorrow Sushi. The owner was great, can’t complain although I feel like the quality before the new ownership was worse (not by a lot but enough to notice a difference). When I first went to Suki Sushi, I was promptly greeted and sat immediately and got the opportunity to speak and be served by the new owner. Her charm and personality is adorable and I learned she’s successful owned and operated sushi restaurants in the GTA. So after being sat, we ordered from the lunch menu. So get this, for 10$-13$ you get 1. Great miso soup, 2. Green tea tea with refills, 3. Japanese salad, 4. Fried potatoes, 5. Shitaki (I think) mushrooms in a marinade and fried onions. THIS IS BEFORE YOUR NEAL MIND YOU. Then you get what you ordered (mostly bento boxes) which has fresh and amazing sushimi or sushi. You get these sesame noodles with a bowl of rice, dumplings your fish and sauce as well as fresh pink ginger and wasabe. Let’s just say, I’d rather go here than an all you can eat. It’s more than enough food, is fresh, and for 20$ for 2 people… rather than 40$ for 2 people at an AYCE, this place is so good, I almost dinner write this review to keep it all to myself.

Formerly know as Tomu Sushi…Sadly. Tomu Sushi was incredible, Sadly Suki Sushi is not.Service was awful. Our waitress (possibly the owner) was incredibly rude and pretty much ignored us during our meal.Sashimi was frozen on our plates, Sushi pizza was a oily soggy blob, Sushi rice was under cooked, Bulgogi tasted funny, almost like it had started to go bad. There are so many things wrong with this place I doubt it will last much longer. It’s not worth wasting your money here.

Not as good as Tomu. The ownership changed from Tomu Sushi to Suki Sushi. The portion size was small considering what we used to get at Tomu, the service was not as friendly..We asked if we can substitute the Noori bento for tofu and veg maki, and they said no.. it’s too hard to do. We have been doing that for years at Tomu without an issue! The tempura dish they brought in had 5 or 6 pieces (with rice) and that was the whole dish.. We said we were vegetarian, and said no fish and meat.. and ordered the terriyake tofu, and it came out with fish flakes which we had to send back..They didn’t come by to fill our tea during the entire dinner until we asked for more..Service was lousy compared to the stellar service with the Tomu staff, and food portions and considerations for vegetarians were tiny/not enough.
