Meh. It’s OK, but I don’t know what the hype is about. Their burgers aren’t very good at all. Steak sandwich is OK as well, always well done or overdone regardless of what you ask for.Lots of better burgers to be had in the area.
Have visited a dozen times or more over the last 5 years or so only to see quality slide, for example , today I get a stale bun that crumbles apart, the hamburger was bland …. Where’s the beef?!??
Nothing special. I have tried the burger few times and can say that it has nothing special.
Poor Service takes away from overall appeal. I have been here quite a few times, and I have not been disappointed with the food, but it definitely isn’t to die for. Their milkshakes, on the other hand, are. Definitely some of the best I have ever tasted, considering all of the flavour options and the consistency.However, I have never had amazing service here. The lack lustre employees for the most part do not seem to enjoy working there, and on the odd occasion that someone has gotten my order wrong, I feel like a target has been placed on my back for the rest of my time there. It’s always followed by rude remarks, passive-aggressive attitudes, and overall nonchalance as to whether or not I’m even satisfied with their service. My most recent visit was what brought me to write this review. Even after ordering my food, one of the employees continued to shoot me dirty looks from across the room. It eventually made me so uncomfortable that I had to leave and take my food home to eat it. I definitely would not recommend this place unless you don’t mind being in an unpleasant atmosphere. (Mind you, it’s only especially unpleasant when your order gets mixed up.)
Fairway location Sunday lunch. Stopped in for lunch at 1230 on a Sunday. Was excited for a good juicy burger. What we got was crap on a plate for hard earned money. Strike one, burgers came out of a insert full of water on the flat top and continued to be pressed against the grill ensuring all flavour was forced out of the meat. Strike 2, nice choice of canned toppings that were bland and warm not hot. Strike 3 poutine had cheese so fine on it I swear they used a microplane and drowned my fries like a kitten in the bathtub.If this is the best the grill can do, than lock the doors now and save your money. For a few bucks more go to little Louies and taste a fresh cooked to order beef burger..!!!!!!!
