What an excellent experience! I just love this wonderful restaurant!!!!. Wow I just absolutely LOVE the selection of food on the menu, and we were all very delighted with our choices! (nice touch with bringing the bread basket at the beginning of our meals too 🙂 It was a special occasion for us all and the ambience was just perfect! It made for a real enchanting evening! Our waiter served us very well and I noticed the Wildcraft staff does take great pride in their work! When I realized sometime later that I did leave my glasses there by accident, their staff member over the phone, offered to send them back to me, even though I live outside of the province! Now that’s integrity and I am really impressed! Thank you soooooo much Wildcraft and I look forward to returning when I may have that opportunity again! (I am still drooling over the crme brulee just thinking about it too… ha,ha!) Thank you again so much!
Food was alright but totally overpriced, service was really bad too tho, our entire table would have had a second round but we didn’t see our waiter for nearly 20mins. Won’t be back!
Great Food. Fantastic restaurant and one of the best steaks I’ve eaten.
Just OK. I went on a Monday night, and ordered the special which was pork belly with potato hash and kale. My friend had the burger. Pork Belly skin was tough and chewy, I couldn’t eat most of it as it had the texture of rubber. The meat and fat though was delicious. Hash was just boiled bits of potato and Kale was ok too. Nothing special. Our server introduced herself, but after a while we found ourselves being taken care of by 3 different people. When that happens in restaurants, there’s no flow and relationship between you and the server and they don’t really know what’s going on with you. They seemed overstaffed.
Overrated trendy sub par food. Noisy cramped decor.
This a foodie restaurant in a 8 out of a 10. Yet a casual potential on the menu.I had the duck and Jeannine had the salmon. The duck was seared and crispy yet rare in the middle, the gnocchi was puffy and light, the best I have ever had. Jeannine’s salmon was crispy on the bottom and perfect inside with a bed arugula and quinoa.Brent was fast and professional and knew how to deal with foodies like us. We were seated right away. No wasted bread was served as that just is wasting carbs and very pass. This who reviewed poorly look like they thought it was Harvey’s burger, which it is not. For an expensive restaurant it is on the low end, that means reasonably priced. The kind of place you can return the food if not perfect.
This was maybe my 5th or 6th time at wildcraft and I was disappointed. No bread anymore, they got my order wrong and the steak was subpar for the price. Atmosphere is still great. Got to watch an awkward first date at the table across so the entertainment was good. I’d go again but it’s longer one of my top choices.
