We ordered from SEN several times via UberEats.They make arguably the best General Tao’s Chicken on the planet, wolfed down by old folks and fussy teenagers alike.They also make the best summer rolls I’ve had from a restaurant.
Ordered a few times with Uber and surprisingly good. Not finding the soups enjoyable but other dishes excellent. Love the crispy noodle with beef but may need more noodles. Dumplings are amazing as well. Tasted quite fresh for delivery. Always timely.
This was the worst service I have ever experienced anywhere! We were the only customers in the restaurant when we arrived but it got busier as we ate. The waitresses were completely disorganized and they were all serving all the tables, therefore none of them knew what was going on at any of the tables. After our meal, we wanted to order drinks, which for some reason annoyed the waitresses who refused to take our order because they obviously wanted us to leave and free up our table. We tried to order cocktails but they claimed they didn’t have ingredients to make them (despite having a special menu for Grey Cup weekend), so only brought one of us our drink and walked away without trying to accommodate the rest of us at the table so only 1 out of 3 of us had a drink which the rest of us had to watch her drink alone. Then they came back and had the nerve to tell us we had to leave because they needed our table when my sister was only half done her drink and the rest of us hadn’t even been served one yet! I explained that we weren’t finished nor had we even requested the bill yet so how could we leave? So they brought the bill and payment machine to the table and stood over us forcing us to pay as quickly as possible. I have never felt so disrespected in my life! The only thing I can say is that the food was at least good, but I would never support a restaurant that hires such rude customer service staff and treats their paying customers so poorly. The meal was very expensive for the quality of service we received.
