The signature burger here is the Teen burger, and it’s delicious. The Chubby Chicken sandwich is one of the better chicken sandwiches you’ll find as well. The onion rings are amazing. Interesting note on the drinks, root beer is THE drink and it comes without ice so as not to dilute it. Nice!

Worst Customer Service EVER from a Manager/Owner. Some coworkers and I recently experienced errors with our order and our change wasn’t returned. The follow up with the manager was even worse than the service! I called and informed the person on duty that afternoon that we never received our change nor the receipt (it was through the drive through and the lady gave us our waters and we were reconfirming our order so we forgot about the change and apparently so did she), and there were errors in our order. The manager called and said to come pick up the change and when I did I checked the receipt and saw more errors. I explained it to that manager and he agreed and said he would get the manager or owner to contact me to rectify, but he could only give the change it showed. I just got off the phone with the ‘higher manager’ who basically talked AT me and didn’t listen and said she owed me only 0.80 after the errors were corrected and I could come and pick that up (yup drive there AGAIN) and get the mama burger that they made incorrectly. I was saying that didn’t account for the inconvenience to me of driving back 2 times and she just spoke over me the whole time and then asked what other places have done (other places recognize it is THERE error and at least try and compensate with a nice attitude and maybe a voucher to compensate). She said well no I can’t do that so why don’t you take your coworker’s mama burger as your own then. Nice! No…no I will not take from someone else to compensate for your lack of customer service thanks…I will definitely not be going back to THAT location and I would warn people to avoid that location because it’s not the first time I’ve had messed up orders or bad food (soft veggie burgers…only at this location)…especially at the lunch rush. Love A&W…hate this location! Taken off our lunch run which happens once/week at least!
Best burgers in town. I avoid so called junk food but when I am going to break my rule, then the A&W burgers are the ultimate.
I am a classic breakfast fan. The sausage is great but only one patty vs three strips of bacon I go for the bacon. I dont know about their lunches but breakfast at this location is done right. Had your normal prob through the drive thru but called and they took care of me on my next trip. It happens which is why its best to check your order (anywhere) when using the drive thru.
