ordered the chicken burger for lunch todayserver said it came with lettuce mayo and tomato’s i asked for no tomatoasked for out fries well done as the last time we went they were soggy and gross and gravy tasted like vinegarwell no change today as the fries were covered in grease and soggy and the gravy tasted like vinegarchicken burger has mayo onion lettuce and ketchup and mustard on it ! was really thrown off by this and i actually had to throw my lunch outwe use to like this place as it is close to our work and the food was good for the price, we will not be back as the food and service has completely failed on all accounts so disappointing
Came here the other day. Cheap prices. The portion is just the right amount for the price I wouldn’t expect anymore. The eggs were bad though I must have gotten a bad batch it’s just funny because the place is called good egg and I didn’t like all 3 of my eggs unfortunately and that’s why I went. The yolk was like dark yellow with those white bits in it and tasted off the second I tried it on the bread. The little tater tots were good though although I wanted more I’m not sure if it’s just because I ate no eggs maybe if I ate the eggs I would be happier with the portion. The turkey bacon was really good. The service was nice too.
No service and stingy on the syrup. You walk in and don’t get a table to order from, you must stand at the counter and order, and pay first. You pour your own coffee and bring all your drinks to the table that you find, which is lucky because they’re almost all taken. The floor is dirty with spilled food. The food is ok, not bad, but not fresh and homemade like you would expect. The food is brought, and then you realize you need to go get your own cutlery and napkins. For 3 pieces of French toast they brought out 2 packages of syrup, yes, those little packages for used for jam. We asked for more, and were brought another 2 packages…. No one came by to check in to see if everything was ok, or to pour more coffee. Price was a little high for no service. Freshly squeezed orange juice was good. Everything was just ok; not the greasy spoon homely atmosphere you’d expect.
