Our family visited their other location. Very rude. told us to leave after my son asked for a refund ( pizza was over cooked ). He had 2 bites and they told us to leave. DO NOT GO THERE
Horrible horrible horrible experience. I ordered the first time and it was terribly late, an hour I called and the son answered and I proceeded to tell him that it has been over an hour and that I am not going to pay for my pizza if its not there within 5 minutes. He said okay it will be there in 4 minutes. Huge jack ass, pizza was cold and crappy.
TERRIBLE!. Terrible is the way to best describe this hole-in-the-wall ‘restaurant’…Both locations I’ve visited are dingy, poorly lit and old with little to no upkeep. They ALWAYS get your order wrong, forget to send things even when you specifically asked for them (napkins, paper plates, chili flakes) and 10 out of 10 times when you go to the Torbram and North Park location (Brampton), the one woman who works there alone is using her cellphone on personal calls and handling money all while preparing the food SLOWLY. This alone has made me stop going to that location for fear I would get sick. I ordered from the Kennedy location and the pizza was over an HOUR late. When I called to simply ask what was taking so long, I was told by the owners son that I was ‘bothering’ them and that I should no longer order from them in the future. In the end, the food was cold, and the wings looked like little left over pieces of waste they just battered and coated in BBQ sauce. Never again!
Cheap by both definitions. We have tried the wings several times and while they weren’t bad they weren’t great and were very small with many mangled pieces. The shop is dark, dingy, doesn’t seem well kept and the service is nonchalant.
