We were regulars here for a short time a while back and would entertain friends there. My usual was the seafood pasta and as I find tends to happen now and again, I had a plate with seafood that could have been cleaned better as there was grit. That turned me off enough to back off on my visits and I haven’t been back. But prior to that I really enjoyed the restaurant and may make it a point to return.

EXPENSIVE AND RUDE !!!!. I came here on a family dinner and the service was horrible, clearly the server didn’t want to work there. The food was ok but nothing special. I will not be returning, nothing I couldnt of made at home.

Now one of my favs. I have been there 4 times and yet to have a bad experience. No I am not a relative or friend. The owners are really hands on and you can really tell this isnt a job but a passion for them. The chef and staff do not cheap out on quality and presentation. Small and quaint with a strong underground following which I am proud to have joined the ranks. The service was as personal as you having a butler by your side. The over head menu board isn’t for show, it really does get updated for what the market provides, be it seasonal and or fresh. However the pasta cheese wheel is king. A massive wheel of Parma carved out and your pasta is tossed in and churned. right by your table. I highly recommend it, but reluctantly don’t want this place to become overly to busy. so please….sssshhhhh keep it to your self.

Rude owner. The owner of the restaurant was horribly rude to us. Never go there. Ever.

Nice place, good food and service. We tried this establishment after reading the reviews and I must say the reviews were spot on. We booked an early dinner to avoid the crowd as I read that the service may take too long. It was the best decision given the fact that we also have our 4 month old grandbaby with us. The food was simply superb and like other folks I was bit sceptical finding an Italian restaurant in Brampton of this calibre. I ordered the Rigatoni infused with Padano cheese wheel and loved it. My son who happened to be the birthday celebrant ordered the gnocchi and it was delicious! The pear slices added a nice flavour to the gnocchi. We also ordered the portobello cap with risotto and bruschetta as appetizers as recommended by our attentive waiter Anthony. It was amazing. At the end of the dinner, the celebrant got a homemade tiramisu on the house accompanied with some Italian version of happy birthday music. The place was a bit of a drive from our house but we all agreed it was well worth the drive to Antica Osteria Eatery. Now that we discovered this fine restaurant, we will surely be back. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

A beautiful experience!. Firstly, I’d like to say when we walked in besides the beautiful atmosphere we were greeted very warmly and welcomed so kindly. All the servers acknowledged us as we were being escorted to our table. The table next to us was celebrating a family members birthday and the staff joined together to sing an Italian Happy Birthday song as it was playing through the speakers. Then we meet Marco our server who made us feel even more enthused as we shared stories of spending time in Italy.Time to eat. The pasta my husband ordered was amazing. The mushroom risotto I ordered was amazing!! The veal marsala was also amazing!! So happy to have experienced this pleasure. This will certainly become a common place for us now.
