I’ll be trying other places Mixed reviews about the food. The jerk is okay but i’ve had better. I enjoy the ox tail and the goat soup. Red bean soup was okay. Curry goat and tripe n beans was not so good. 2 dinners and 2 soups were over $30; expensive!!!

You pay for what you get. Ive been eating at Daddys Jerk for quite some time, and have no complaints. I didnt really enjoy the Curry Chicken Roti, and the Red Velvet cake was a bit dry. But the rest of the menu was very good. They have a system, and it works. Theyre consistent, and in the food industry, thats a good thing. The owner pays attention to the quality of food, and ensures that everything that leaves her kitchen has been prepared with care. Good coleslaw, the oxtail and goat dishes are probably my favorite. One of the few Jamaican restaurants that I would recommend.

Good food way to expensive. Most expensive place in brampton to get carribbean food. I go there at least once a week since its close to my house and for the most part the food is good. The service by the girl on cash she can be very rude at times. I have had their red peas soup which is very very good only knock is that it is so dam expensive 4.20 for a small and believe me it is very small. I also had their fry chicken which is good their stew chicken not good at all. Their stew peas, goat meat and roti are really good. their calloloo and saltfish with food is salty and dumplin is tough. Thier curry chicken tastes weird not like curry chicken at all just bland. Overall I go but only get a few selected items. They used to be so good a few years back before they moved to new location.

Ok but pricey. Friendly staff, but It is probably the most expensive jamaican cuisine in brampton, the food is ok but does not justify the price, considering there are some new jamaican restaurant around brampton that offer just as good food for lower price I have not been here for awhile, but when i do the price always goes up.

BACK ON TRACK IT SEEMS. This place is slowly starting to sink! The food is so inconsistent. If you go in the morning you may get day olds, and the food itself is just slipping, frozen vegetables really? I get a good round 1 in 5 visits.. I am done with this place UPDATED REVIEW (MAY 28 2012)I went in today the food was great and fresh. I ordered the large Jerk Chicken with extra ox tale gravy! It was probably the tastiest jerk in Brampton this time. I hope this is the normal around here, because if it is I will be back a lot more, and if its not I will update this report soon. The Jerk was full of flavour and very fresh, not dry at all. The rice & peas were also good and the oxtail gravy over it all was very tasty. I would have to recommend this again and say it so far has title of best jerk dinner in town. I hope they keep this up and I am sure business will come back and blossom to a new fruition. Expensive but worth it! I would suggest the people in the past who were upset to give this place another try, they may just be back on track over here.

Expensive, but pretty tasty. This place is just 2 minutes from my house so I go here once and a while. I like the place because they have the option for white meat jerk chicken (as opposed to dark meat) but the problem is that they’re usually out of it. The chicken itself is tasty but once they throw the oxtail gravy on your rice and peas it’s too bloody hot for me.. I almost died on my last visit there it was so bloody spicy.

Amazing. I, personally go there once every two weeks, and I find the people there incredibly friends, down to earth and kind to their customers. Whenever I go in there, I feel like they cater to what I like and always ask me how my day has been, attempting to strike up a conversation with me. To me, that is great service and I love everything about their restaurant. Great job guys, Keep up the good work!!A great dish to try if you are a new comer to the restaurant is the jerk chicken with rice and peas, cole slaw and a ginger ale. It is such well-made dishes and everything is always fresh when I go in. Great job guys!
