This place deserves a zero. The employees are indifferent and don’t know their menu. The management is rude and disrespectful. He would not and could not handle a dispute without resorting to yelling at us to get out of his store. His attitude changed instantly when the security officer waiting behind us and other customers started to come to our defence. The establishment is dirty and unkept. An employee’s child was left alone to play with napkins and customer drinks. He threw the drinks at tables and dragged them on the floor. He tossed the drinks from the fridge and sat in it while a customer was trying to take a drink for purchase. The employee simply put the drinks back into the fridge or to a table beside it. The tables and counters are not wiped and to no surprise there were no napkins in dispensers. At the end of this horrible experience our order was wrong and I was left humiliated. No one should ever feel this way to order a pizza.
Gino’s pizza is a very good pizza. I love it. One of the best pizza places around!!
