  I came here the other day and I know this is extremely petty but i dont care Im going to complain anyway lol so I got 2 stuffed patties without cheese which are 2.20 each. Then I got a phone call informing me my boyfriend wants cheese so I told them to add cheese. The patties with cheese are 2.62 so the difference between no cheese and cheese is 40 cents. Before tax. If you compare those 2. I simply forgot. All they were doing was adding the cheese after I paid. So I would expect to just pay the difference which again was 0.40 cents plus tax times two since 2.62-2.40 is 40 cents and I got 2 patties. Two patties with cheese plus tax minus 2 patties without cheese plus tax. But they told me they have to just charge me for cheese and somehow that came up to 1.80. Thats a huge difference. I would understand the 80 cents since thats 40 x2 and even with tax thats still less than 1.80. I honestly dont know how the lady came up with 1.80 but if the cheese was so costly, the difference in the two types of patties would also be more drastic. I would just expect some consistency. That means each individual slice is around 75 cents. But she never gave me a figure for the cheese slice alone she kept insisting 1.80 is the exact difference which is false. Seems like thats a completely separate price. Nothing made sense to me and at the end of the day it looked like she was trying too hard to get an extra dollar Out of me because she was annoyed I changed my mind after the fact I paid. If she told me how much each individual slice cost then I would feel better but 1.80 for 2 slices of cheese I might as well have gotten another patty altogether. Also she said she gave me the full slice maybe thats why the price seemed quadrupled. But no one asked for a full slice if thats the case I just wanted what they normally give if thats half or whatever. The cashier seemed confused and this was just the girl making the patty. She literally told me to go handle it at cash in a rude manner then came and intervened because the cash lady didnt even know what to do and she ordered her to charge me 1.80 then when I tried to challenge it she made me feel like I was going crazy. I still think Im right since nothing was explained properly. It was just a huge turn off. I will probably end up going to the other location only from now on since this is a very specific scenario and I wouldnt want to run into her again. As far as the food quality.. I did not eat the patties so I wouldnt know. Seemed good though. But the turkey sandwich to me was a good price for the size however Im not a fan of the thick oven roasted turkey I thought it would be regular thin slices so I took some off because the flavour was so intense as it was a tad layered. Also the lady reached for the end pieces of the tomatoes which is my biggest pet peeve. 1000 tomatoes to choose from and you go for the smallest stingiest slices youre obviously trying to get rid of ? Do better. Sorry not sorry.

  Only place I know where you can get stuffed patties with lettuce, cheese & tomatoes! Our only go to place for patties, pizza and/or sliced!

  Same quality as the other location which is to say it’s very good. It might look like it’s closed if driving by but that’s just poor lighting. Try the patty with cheese!
