They used to be located inside the strip mall by Clarence and Kennedy. It took me a while to know where they relocated. Im glad I did. Theyre the typical Hongkong style bakery that you just pick up, they wrap it up and go. I guess this might be a family owned business but I like how the kids and their parents take care of their patrons. The baked products are usually good and made fresh all day. They dont make too much to sell the next day, which is good for freshness. By four o clock, almost all of the shelves are sold out. The dough for baked buns are soft and filled with generous amount of meat or veggies baked just right. The crust for pie type pastries are buttery and flaky without being hard. I like the egg tarts that usually sell out before I get there. They also have these small cheese danish that will be so addictive that 5 for a dollar is not enough. Ambiance is not a priority for this establishment because people usually has take out. They do cater to the occasional folks that eat in with a cup of coffee ( dont expect too much from the coffee, its not Tims but its only a dollar and change).
