One of my family’s favourite takeout options, though we’ve never dined in. The I always get the teriyaki chicken with extra mushrooms, and it’s always good.
We’ve been patrons at this restaurant for the past 8 years… great dine in service and take out.Recently change chefs (perhaps) because twice so fat this year there has been hair in our take out dinner. Called to pass on information, they said thank you… never offered a replacement meal or any compensation. The second time we found hair in the food, called again to complain and they apologized saying the meal would be replaced the following day. Got a call back to say they would give me 10% of the purchase of a new meal. I was really disappointed. they couldn’t even give us some california rolls or free soup or something (considering I threw out the meal and had toast instead. Will not be going there again nor do I recommend this venue.
