Money Hungry Owners. I went to the local Coffee Culture today to meet a friend and do some homework. I sat down at a booth start to unpack my books, get the laptop turned on an settle in. I was only sitting down for 10 minutes when the female Owner of the restaurant comes up to me while I am doing my homework, asks me if I bought anything. I kindly reply that I have not yet bought something, she turns and tells me that this booth is for customers only. I replied by informing her that if she would wait I was going to buy something. Now I am upset at the fact that she is telling me to buy something or I have to leave. First, where is the sign on the door that says you have to buy something to sit down. Second, if she had waited maybe 10 minutes more I was going to buy a drink and treat. However, now that she decided to interrupt me, making me feel uncomfortable, and treating me poorly I have decided that I was not going to purchase anything so to not give them any business. Furthermore, I will not be coming back to this establishment as there are many more in Brantford I can go to who would be happy to have my business. I find this to be people who are money hungry and need everyone who sits down in the establishment to buy something. The fact that she was watching to make sure I did is disrespectful, I do not go into a coffee place to be watched to make sure I buy something. It makes the stay not a good one or not a satisfying one. The old owners were much better and this one is rude.

Service sucks. New management is as bad as the old management..We go to Coffee Culture in Brantford because it is close to work.The owner is full of piss and vinegar.. Unfriendly.We keep hoping that the next visit will be better then the last.. we give up!!!We can go else where… Williams, Blue Dog, Damn even MD’s has good coffee and they will up your small to a large in the morning!!!!
Awesome Dessert Place!. We were attending a function at Harmony Square and decided to have a dessert at Coffee Culture. We were definitely not disappointed! The line-up was long however, based on the taste of the food and drink, it was expected! The place is clean, with friendly service and neat decor. The carrot cake was amazing; a huge slice for a cheap price. The coffee was also great, we loved it and will definitely be back to try out their lunch specials!
