Just OK.. I came here to have a quick bite for lunch as I had always driven by it but never actually went inside. When I went inside, I noticed the sign that said to seat myself. I seated myself and the waitress came over to greet me within a few minutes. She then provided me with a menu at which I looked at for a few minutes. I settled on the ‘Just Eggs’ meal, which was $3.99. I asked the waitress if I could not have the beans because I didn’t eat beans; she said that would be okay, but that no substitutions would be given. She then said that most likely, the kitchen will put in some extra home fries as an extra treat. I agreed to this option. My meal came about seven minutes later and on my plate were beans. I wasn’t sure why I had asked not to be served beans, but was given beans anyways. The meal itself was quite big, and for the price, it wasn’t too bad, but I wouldn’t come back for eggs and toast, not worth my trip. Also, the place itself is not in the best shape, might need to be retouched a bit. I’m sure this is a great place for some, and there is definitely nothing wrong with that, but for my taste, it wasn’t what I was looking for.
Get what you pay for. Love the service, location, menu, reasonable prices, love breakfast here , and I love getting the beans with my meal.

Amazing. I’ve been going to Kels once a week for months now. It has quickly became our family go to spot for breakfast. Service is great, food is great, epic homefries. If you are in Brantford and can make your way down by the train station, stop into Kels, you won’t regret it.
This is the best breakfast place I have ever been to. I mean the best Paul and Kel are the greatest. I should not say it cause it will become more busy . Try it one time and you will be a regular .
