Not happy. I called last week three times in a row I go there never get the order right go back again today again not right missing yogurt in my grand daughters happy meal before that it was her fries how hard is it to get a kids meal right they never recheck there orders I am fed up I think it is time to switch to Wendy’s I have never had a problem there this is the fourth time in a month it’s enough fed up with McDonald’s
Forgetting Fries. I went through drive throu tonight & they forgot my small fries.I called them back & they asked me to come back or they will mail me some coupons in about a week.I asked the Manager (Shaina Mcsarland) if I could come pick it up tomorrow & she told me their stupid policy is either I go now or wait a week to get my coupon by mail.Rediculous Customer Service.She did not apologize & gave me their stupid policy.
Poor service. Went through drive ordered a #5 with a poutine before I was out of line I check my bag and had a regular fry backed and they fixed that mistake then I get all the way home and go to pull out my Mcchicken and it’s a Big Mac 3 out 5 time going to this location they have my order wrong will I go back NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!do I recommend anyone going to this location NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Bad service, bad attitudes. Constantly get my coffee wrong, how can you get a black coffee wrong. Constantly giving me the wrong food.

Bad Service Everytime. I have been to this estabishment a few times now and the service is terrible! The cashier takes my order and EVERY single time they have gotten it totally wrong! I think they either arent listening closely or they just dont care. I mean i ordered a ten piece nugget meal and when i got my oder i had a chicken sandwich, how do you confuse that with a nugget???? I ordered a burger with out certain toppings I get a burger with all the toppings and then some. I mean really can they not hear the customer or read their order menu???They need to get with the program. I have already decided to take my business elsewhere!~
Terrible service…. I have been in this store so many times mostly because i am amazed by how freakishly bad the service is… i find it kind of funny how bad it is. I recently have been going once and a while with my girlfriend every i have had to take the food in because they screwed up our simple orders… today we decided we would like to get a mc mini as well as a wrap… simple order i know! well… after they just left me hanging on the speaker for about 2 mins without saying please pull up to the next window or to tell us our price… then when i got up there the lady got in an argument about my order with me and such and then i was furiously telling her how ridiculous she is being and she obviously does not know how customer service work… she was trying to tell me she only has a few seconds to take an order she does not have the time to tell me my price! does that sound fair to you guys? no? i didn’t think so!!!!! if you are looking for some good old fun i would suggest going to this place and having a little fun with them! but they do have very good managers! i would suggest going to the one on king george road is you really want a nice put together burger and good customer service!
