Will Never Return!. I had been to this location about a month ago. I walked in, and had to wait at least fifteen minutes to get some decent service, so I left. I decided to give them another try. When I walked in, it was about 1:30 pm, which is near the time when the lunch buffet closes. I only had to wait about five minutes since the only waitress working was cleaning off the plates of the individuals who had just left. The waitress told me that the lunch buffet was almost done however, she would leave it open for me if I wanted it. I said that I would try it. When I walked over to the station, I was disgusted at how disorganized the food looked, not to mention the quality. Everything was cold, and it tasted as though it had been sitting there for days. The sauce was dry, the pasta was stale, and the pizza was cold. It was probably the most lousy food I have ever tasted in my life. The waitress was nice though, so, it made my experience a tad better. I felt like I wasted $7.99, it was the worst! I would recommend that you NEVER visit this place. I can’t believe they are still open.

Upon inspection of the pizza, the clerk dropped a piece on the floor and had to make me a new pizza.I waited for close to 45 minutes waiting for my replacement pizza. Finally I had to ask how much longer it would take and the other person behind the counter said she called my name. I was sitting right next to the counter and would have heard my name being called. None the less I received a credit for my next pizza.The pizza itself was what you would expect from Pizza Hut, however I found the restaurant so so in cleanliness and the staff looked really grubby. I may not go back because of this.Is it so difficult to find a really good pizza place in Brantford?
