FOOD:We had come here for dinner on a Saturday evening at around 6:45 pm. I had settled on the Fish & Chips, which came with an order of Salad (I had chosen Caesar) ($14.99), while my husband had settled on the Bar Harbor Lobster Bake ($30.49) with an order of Soup (he had chosen Lobster Bisque). The others in our party had chosen the Ultimate Feast (with Garden Salad) ($31.99), Fish & Chips (with Garden Salad) ($14.99) and Garlic-Grilled Shrimp (With Garden Salad) ($18.49).We had first received two baskets of fresh Cheese Biscuits; these biscuits are the best thing that has ever come out of Red Lobster. They were warm, soft, and chewy, with just a hint of crunchiness, with the perfect amount of flavouring. It was like heaven in your mouth, absolutely delicious! Everytime I come to Red Lobster, I always wonder how they make those biscuits so delicious, they were THE BEST! Once we had finished munching on our Cheese Biscuits, our side orders of salads and soup had arrived. The Caesar Salad that I had ordered had a nice proportion of croutons and dressing, along with small cheese slices which were peppered throughout the salad. Although it was on the small side, it was the perfect salad as it filled me up just right, considering that our meals were to arrive soon! I had tried my husbands Lobster Bisque and it was delicious as well!In terms of the Fish & Chips, it was a delicious meal, with two large pieces of fish, fries, and two containers, one with tartar sauce, and the other with ketchup. I wish that the fish were a bit crispier as the skin on the outside was a bit soft; I usually love my fish and chips to come with crispy skin however, it was very good nonetheless. I wish that there was a bit more tartar sauce as it ran out quickly. I didn’t particularly like the Coleslaw as I found it very dry; definitely more sauce was needed in order to make this item more appetizing. The meal itself was very filling and well-prepared; definitely a lot of thought was put into making it taste and look nice. The others in the party had commented on how delicious everything tasted, especially the crab legs and shrimp skewers.ATMOSPHERE:We had come on a Saturday evening therefore, it was quite busy. We had to wait about twelve minutes before our table was buzzed using the handheld buzzer (we were told it would be a 35-minute wait therefore, we were pleasantly surprised when we got called earlier than expected). When waiting for our table, it was a bit cramped at the front as the bar area was full with people waiting, while the front entrance had a cold draft coming from the outside whenever the door swung open. Once we were seated at a booth/table near the back of the restaurant, we were quite comfortable, with an ample amount of room to move around and relax.SERVICE:Our server was Alex, whom came around quite frequently to see how we were enjoying ourselves. He was professional, yet he also was charming and funny, making a few jokes during our stay. He also packaged up our leftover food, and gave us some Cheese Biscuits to take home. He was one of the best to have as our waiter; we would love to have him again when we return!COST: 2 Fish & Chips ($14.99 Each x 2 = $29.98) + 1 Bar Harbor Lobster Bake ($30.49) + 1 Ultimate Feast ($31.99) + 1 Garlic-Grilled Shrimp ($18.49) + 1 Glass Stella Artois Beer ($6.99) = $133.27 (Taxes Included)WOULD YOU RETURN?In a heartbeat! The prices were very reasonable considering all of the items that we had gotten. Also, the service was great, along with the delicious food that we had eaten. Definitely a thumbs-up in my books!

Not a pleasant experience.. The restaurant appeared dirty. They should be ashamed to serve the bake potato I was served. It was hard, dry and cold. I think I got the left overs they didn’t want to throw out. The manager obviously does NOT have a good working relationship with her employees. That was very evident as we overheard a conversation she had with one. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Upon leaving, the manager (red head) was smoking outside the front doors. Staff and service was good but we will NOT be returning. Very disappointing experience.
